Biggest Loser for Kinect is no joke!!!
As some of you know, I lost 100 pounds and then hit a plateau. I gained 17 pounds back and I feel like I have let myself down.
The time is now.
I have decided to go at it hard and heavy for the next six weeks. Hard and heavy will incorporate mostly every diet trick I know and I will see what will happen. It will be documented.
I once went to a specialist. He put me on eggs and water for three days and I lost 5 pounds….it was amazing. It detoxes you. We will start with that…
In college, Apple Cider Vinegar Diets were huge…and it sucked. But it worked. So I am adding the element to my diet.
In the past, there was the “clean out the temptations” day in the house before you started a diet. I am leaving them there. I am strong enough and I want it enough not to mess this up.
There also are detox baths you can do and I plan on doing them. Epsom Salt mixed with Baking Soda for 20 minutes is supposed to detox you. I plan on doing this.
Steam Rooms and Saunas will be used three times per week as well.
3 Liters of water during the day.. 1/2-1 gallon of water per night. All water must be chilled. Lemon is optional.
No soft drinks (except cheat meal) No gum. No straws. Every hour on the hour; walk or do jumping jacks.
The first three days of each week will be eggs and water and nothing but. The last four days of each week will be Slim Fast twice a day, an apple split in 6, one yogurt in the afternoon and Soup for dinner.
I am allowed one cheat meal per week which should not exceed 500 calories. I can elect to skip the meal if I want.
Here are my plans for the next month. You can like them or not; they work. I will be a new me by the time it is over and if not…I will be stronger for it.
Monday - Friday
4:30 AM: Elliptical 30 minutes - Level 7 on a Pro-Form
5:00AM: Zumba on Kinect - 45 minutes
6:00AM: 2 tblsp Apple Cider Vinegar
7:00AM: 1 Egg, 2 Egg Whites - Pam Cooking Spray. Start First Gallon of water.
Every hour on the hour…get up and walk around or do 20 jumping jacks.
12:00 PM: 1 Egg, 2 Egg Whites (Boiled) - Walk for 30 minutes.
5:00PM: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun - Steam Room & Sauna (15 min)
6:00PM: 1 Egg, 2 Egg Whites
6:30PM: Trainer - Circuit
7:30PM: Elliptical - One Hour
8:30PM: Biggest Loser Kinect
9:30PM: Bath, Gym clothes, work clothes
10:30PM: Bed (10:30PM-4:30AM 6 Hours Sleep)
Fri, Sat & Sun - spend time at the gym. Run, Jacob’s Ladder, Rowing - circuit for one hour. Weights: 45 minutes.
Sat Sun: Dance Class, Dance Central 2 on Kinect. Daytime fun.
Reward: Massage - Deep Tissue on Saturday to loosen fat up.
Mani/Pedi once a week as relaxing reward.
I tried something new this week…a different class at the gym every day. It was so much easier than the normal running and strength. I still worked out with my Trainer afterwards…but wow…it was fun. Addicted to Zumba, Kickboxing & Yoga now.
